Zoonayo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this pre-launch website and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us on the waitlist form: name, email, and optionally your mobile number, city, buyer/seller interest and favourite categories.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We cannot recover your actual IP address from it.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts on this site. A single strictly necessary session cookie protects the sign-up form from forgery and expires when you close your browser.

How we use it

• To tell you when Zoonayo launches and to give you early access.
• To send updates about the categories you selected.
• To contact prospective sellers about onboarding.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Storage and security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on secured servers outside the public website folder, with access limited to authorised Zoonayo staff.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. Every update email will also include an unsubscribe option.
